Pricing: Prices listed on this website are effective January 1, 2008.

Quotations: Quotations are valid for 45 days from the day of the quotation. Changes in raw materials or economic factors are beyond our control. New Age reserves the right to increase prices with 30 days notice or at the time of the order conformation.
Cancellations: Cancelled orders within two weeks of scheduled shipment are subject to a cancellation charge of 25% of the total purchase order.
Payment Terms: Payment in full 30 days after shipment of C.O.D. at the discretion of New Age Industrial’s Credit Department. If you are a new customer and are not listed in Dun & Bradstreet, please give us the name and address of three credit references and your bank, unless you prefer C.O.D. terms. We also accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express payments.
Acceptance: Possession of Price List does not constitute an offer to sell. Orders are subject to acceptance by New Age Industrial Corp.
Custom Equipment: All equipment not listed on this website shall be considered "custom". POSITIVELY NO RETURNS will be accepted on "custom" built equipment.
Restrictions:
1. Your New Age product must be used solely for its intended purpose. Abuse of, misuse of, changes to, alteration of, or improper maintenance of original equipment shall void any warranty.
2. Your New Age product must not be loaded beyond the products published uniformly distributed static load limit (capacity).
3. Your New Age product must be cleaned on a periodic basis every three to four weeks or be cleaned within accepted industry standards, following the generally accepted cleansing agents instructions.
4. New Age Shall not be liable for incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising or resulting from misuse, use, inability to use, or from product defects or other tort.
If requested, the damaged product will be returned to new Age at the owners expense for inspection and approval.
