Increase prep work productivity. Insert Racks are designed to be used in different refrigerated and heated reach-in and pass-through units. These racks fit most reach-ins with a 21” wide door clearance.
Available for standard sheet pans (18” x 26”) and steam table pans (12” x 20”) . Each pair of angle runners can easily support 25 pounds.
• Steam table pan units also available.
• Framework is constructed of 1”x1”x.070” wall tubing.
• Guides are 11/8” x 11/2” x .070” wall angle.
