Created to store dough-loaded pizza pans into the walk-in cooler for use the next day for high volume times of day. Pans are stacked on six shelves, two channels running front to back, with 12” spacing. The rear pan stop (running from top to bottom), and flip-up pan stop on the top shelf keep pans in place during transport and storage. Unit is knocked down to provide affordable shipping for franchisees.
