How do I customize an item?
We are happy to customize any of our items to fit your exact needs. To begin the customization process, fill out our online form and hit submit. This will send your request to our design/engineering team so they can contact you and begin working on your request.
How do I find the model number on my item?
There is a bar code on the label that New Age Industrial places on all products before we ship them out (see image below for an example label). The 5-digit number above the bar code is our model number. We can also search for the model number by using the UPC code, which is located below the bar code on the product label. If there is no longer a label on the product, feel free to e-mail a picture of the item to [email protected] and our customer service team will advise you on the correct model number.
What if the product I’m looking for isn’t on your website?
We have an extensive product list and not all products are listed on our website. You can currently search for items on our site using the model number or name. If you can’t find the item you are looking for, please reach out to our factory at 800-255-0104. You can also fill out a custom request form if you are looking for a more specialized item.
Can I order replacement casters?
Yes. Replacement casters can be ordered for New Age Industrial products. To determine which type of replacement casters are needed, you will first need to locate the model number. Once you have located the model number, you can check the spec sheet to choose the correct casters or contact our factory at 1.800.255.0104. Our customer service team is always happy to assist you in providing the correct caster model number needed. Remember, some items have locking casters and those without brakes, so be sure to replace the correct ones.

How do I assemble my New Age Industrial products?
Our products that require assembly are shipped with instructions. We also offer assembly instructions and how-to videos for many of our products. These are available on the resources sections of our website for Foodservice and Material Handling. How do I clean my aluminum products?
To retain the original appearance of all types of aluminum finishes, it’s important to keep the finish clean and free of any dirt accumulation.

Can aluminum handle extremely cold temperatures?
Yes. Aluminum gets stronger, the colder it gets. Also, its ductility and toughness can even improve at low temperatures.

What is the weight capacity of your bun pan racks?
The weight capacity of our bun pan racks is figured using the type of casters and number of runners. Our in-house team of product engineers will calculate the overall weight capacity for you by emailing us at [email protected].

Do your products ship fully assembled?
Some of our items are shipped fully assembled and others are shipped knocked down. Also, some products ship assembled except for casters to be assembled upon receipt of your order. For shipping details on a specific item, please e-mail us at [email protected].
How do I check my order status?
Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 8:00-5:00 CST. Order status requests can be submitted on our website at https://www.newageindustrial.com/contact/order-status/. Order status requests received during these hours will receive a response within 4 business hours. For more immediate assistance with order status, please call our factory at 1.800.255.0104.
What do I do if my order is damaged?
If an item is received damaged, please call our factory directly as soon as possible at 1.800.255.0104 and our customer service team will walk you through the appropriate steps to help resolve your issue.
How do I apply for credit?
In order to apply for credit with us, you must complete our credit application form located on our website at https://www.newageindustrial.com/pdf/forms/creditapp_newage.pdf. A copy of your company’s Resale Certificate or Sales Tax Permit must accompany this form before your account will be established and orders will be processed.
What if I can’t find my invoice?
All invoices are either emailed or sent through our portal. If you cannot locate your invoice or want an update on its status, please contact us directly at 800-255-0104.

Where are your products manufactured?
New Age Industrial is located in Norton, KS. We manufacture our products inside of our 300,000 square foot facility. We take great pride in developing our products from billet to box, and about 90% of our parts and accessories are purchased from other American manufacturers.
What is aluminum billet?
The raw aluminum billet we utilize are a solid, cylindrical shape and weigh 60 pounds apiece. This billet is extruded into different shapes. We process over 4,000,000 pounds of primary aluminum billet each year.
What does extrude mean?
We extrude, cut, fabricate, weld, and package every product under one roof, right here in Norton, Kansas. A gas-fired furnace pre-heats the 60-pound aluminum billet to 800 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, the billet is heated to 1100 degrees Fahrenheit and pushed through an extrusion press. Shapes are formed using hollow and solid dies. Extruding is one of our greatest manufacturing advantages. It gives us control over product design, material size, shape, and quantity.
What is a die?
Extrusion dies are thick, circular disks that come in a variety of shapes. Heated aluminum billet is pressed through the dies to mold desired shapes and sizes. We have over 1,000 hollow and solid dies in stock.
