Welders & Production Team Members
New Age Industrial is seeking motivated individuals to fill full-time openings for Welders and Production Team Members at our facility in Norton, KS. While previous manufacturing experience is preferred, we are fully committed to training the right individuals who possess a strong work ethic and the right aptitude for industrial production.
Job Location: Norton, KS 67654 (Serving Northwest Kansas)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Regular
Compensation: Competitive Salary (Negotiable, Dependent Upon Qualifications & Experience)
Availability: Immediate Openings
Core Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: Previous welding, fabrication, or manufacturing experience (or related field) preferred, but not required.
- Mathematical Skills: Basic math proficiency required including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division.
- Technical Skills: Ability to accurately use and read a fractional tape measure.
- Work Style: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Safety Focus: Commitment to maintaining safe, clean, and organized workspaces and habits.
- Flexibility: Adaptable to shifting duties, tasks, and production assignments.
Available Shifts & Hours (40 Hours/Week):
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday – Friday
- Night Shift (3-Day Weekends): 2:30 PM – 1:00 AM | Monday – Thursday
Note: Shift differentials apply for all Night Shift positions.
