New Age Industrial Appoints Industry Expert
Christopher Carney as Regional Sales Manager – Foodservice
NORTON, KS – September 28, 2026 — New Age Industrial, the leading U.S. manufacturer of aluminum transportation and storage equipment, announced today the appointment of Christopher Carney as Regional Sales Manager for Foodservice, overseeing the Western United States territories.
Carney brings an extensive background in commercial foodservice sales leadership, culinary operations, and territory management. Holding an associate degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu and a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication from Eastern Illinois University, Chris connects a practical back-of-house perspective directly to commercial equipment sales and specifications.

In his new role, Carney will direct territory strategy, support independent manufacturer representatives, and expand dealer, consultant, and buying group partnerships across the Western US market. He will serve as a primary point of accountability for complex projects across all foodservice industry segments including restaurants, commercial kitchens, healthcare, education, hospitality, retail, and corporate dining. Carney will also represent New Age Industrial at major industry trade shows and help end-users and operators manage space, streamline workflow, and increase operational efficiency through standard and custom aluminum equipment designs.

Prior to joining New Age Industrial, Carney held key sales leadership roles across top commercial equipment manufacturers. Most recently, he served as Regional Sales Manager at Refrigerated Solutions Group (Norlake/Master-Bilt), managing sales across six MAFSI territories and Canada. His career also includes executive roles as Regional Vice President for Blodgett Combi at Middleby Corporation, as well as leadership positions at Clabo USA and Foodservice Solutions Inc. Throughout his career, Chris has built a track record of driving multi-year sales growth, securing national chain specs, and building strong relationships with major buying groups including ABC, Strata, NAFED, and ISE.
Chris resides in Oak Lawn, Illinois, with his wife and their three children. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking meals for his extended family and playing a round of golf whenever possible.
