Proper mat management is a huge concern in many industries including K-12 schools, bars, restaurants, chains, and more. Our labor-saving Mat Carts help get soiled mats off the floor for efficient cleaning and storage. Welded pegs, or hooks, secure perforated mats directly to the cart for easy power washing, sanitizing, and drying. Just hook the dirty mats onto the pegs of the cart and roll them to the wash station instead of carrying heavy mats back and forth. Then hose them off and leave them hanging on the cart to dry. The primary grade aluminum construction will not rust or corrode.
- Weight Capacity 500lbs.
- Central horizontal bars hold solid mats. Pegs secure perforated mats.
- Equipped with four 5” plate type swivel casters; two (#C450), two with brake (#C455).
- Framework is constructed out of 1” x 1” x. 070” wall tubing.
- Mat hangers are constructed out of 0.625” diameter aluminum rod.
