Excellent for smaller spaces, these racks are available in heights that roll under tables for easy access to (sheet) pans and product during prep work, as well as countertop-height racks that provide an additional work surface when equipped with an aluminum, stainless steel, or poly top.
- Racks will store and transport half- and full-size sheet pans (and trays).
- All units are equipped with swivel casters for easy maneuvering.
- Uprights are backed with a reinforcing channel, providing additional strength and durability where the caster stem is inserted.
- Framework is constructed of 1” tubing…
- Guides are 1-1/4” x 1-5/8” x .100” thick angle with ribbing that allows pans to glide for easy loading and unloading.
- Ribbing significantly reduces the galling or flaking that can occur with heavy usage, increasing the life of your (sheet) pans and trays.
