Our Lifetime Series Sheet Pan Racks are engineered to withstand the harshest commercial kitchen environments and around-the-clock use. Designed for extreme durability, these racks are perfect for foodservice, hospitality, healthcare, casinos, resorts, commercial kitchens, and correctional facilities.

Unmatched Durability:
- All-welded construction with reinforced corners.
- Heavy-duty, welded caster plates at four corners for superior stability.
- Each caster plate is threaded to allow the caster to be bolted to the plate, not the framework, preserving the structural integrity of the rack and making caster replacement easy.
- Extensive welding for maximum strength. Guides are welded both horizontally and vertically, totaling five inches of welds per angle. Extra gussets are welded where crossbars meet uprights. An additional vertical weld adds another layer of strength compared to our Heavy Duty models.
Smooth Operation:
- Ribbed angle guides allow pans to slide on and off with ease, minimizing galling or flaking from heavy usage.
- Runners support pans and trays from the bottom, providing equal load distribution for “worry-free” transport.
- Heavy-Duty Swivel Casters ensure smooth and quiet mobility. 6” x 2” polyolefin wheels with polyurethane tread provides additional control and a smoother, quieter ride during transport.
- Full swivel ball bearing mechanics are sealed to prevent dirt and debris from contaminating bearings.
Ergonomic Design:
- Lightweight aluminum design reduces operator strain, promoting a safer and more efficient work environment.
- Ergonomic D-shaped uprights for comfort and easy handling .

- Models available with 2″, 3″, 4″ and 5″ spacing, offering various sheet pan capacities.
