Picking Carts are designed for manual order picking & fulfillment. They are available with flat or angled shelves, single or double-sided, and a variety of accessories that help increase efficiency. Picking Carts are used in distribution centers, warehouses, and factories for each, case, batch, and wave picking or replenishing the floor of the factory. They are ideally utilized for products, parts, materials, or equipment. Associates walk with the cart in a warehouse, manually picking items from shelves and placing them in totes or boxes on the cart. Then the Picking Cart is taken to a pack station for final packaging, then shipped to the customer.
Multi-Tier Picking Carts are a great solution for transporting heavy loads throughout your facility. The carts feature all welded aluminum construction for strength and durability. Utilizing aluminum helps minimize employee fatigue by reducing the total weight being continually moved. A Picking Cart that is designed well can drastically improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency. Our Standard Carts meet and exceed our competitors’ standards with all welded, aluminum construction and premium, customizable components.
Picking Carts can be customized with a variety of accessories that help increase efficiency. Some models are available with a steel document shelf that allow magnets to secure pick lists and other documents. Some Models have adjustable shelves on 2” centers that can be flat or angled at a 5, 10 or 15 degree pitch. Flat shelves make for easy on and off application of product or totes. Many of our picking carts are ergonomically designed for the picking process. Other customizable features include clipboard, ergonomic handles, writing desk, document tray, various caster configurations, RFID scanner bin, flat or angled shelves, shelf lips up or down, front or rear stop bar, hooks for trash bin or step stool, integrated pick-to-light technology, and so much more!
