Quick Change Order Picker Platforms

Quick Change Order Picker Platforms are aluminum picking cages used with man-up order picker machines that assist in safe, efficient pick and fulfillment in vertical environments. These OP Platforms are often utilized in warehouses, distribution centers, or large order picking and fulfillment facilities which use racking that requires the use of man-up order pickers to reach products that are stored high above the ground. Since these Platforms can also be manually maneuvered, fewer order picker machines are needed in a facility.

These Picking Platforms feature a mobile platform and aluminum amplimesh cage sides for “Put or Pick” of large, bulk, or case goods. The angle runner style, Adjustable Shelves can be easily and quickly swapped around. They contain universal order picking pockets and a back stop with a handle for easy mobility. The deck is fitted with anti-slip grip tape and matched to the man-up order picker machine’s height. OP Cages come equipped with a 0407 Oak Clamp Block and an Anti-Tip Bracket.
