• Spill-Containing Marine Edge: Each shelf features a 1/8” raised marine edge. This perimeter lip adds strength to the shelf and, crucially, contains small drips and leaks, preventing cross-contamination and keeping floors clean.
• Solid & Sanitary Surface: Constructed of 18 gauge, .040” thick aluminum sheet, these shelves provide a smooth, continuous surface that is easy to wipe down. The sheet is reinforced underneath with 1 ½” x 1 ½” x .070” tubing supports for stability. Note: Unlike the Solid Brute series, this sheet is not removable.
• Optimized for Smaller Loads: Classified as "Standard Duty," these shelves are engineered to hold up to 400 lbs. per shelf of distributed weight, making them perfect for organizing #10 cans, spice containers, medical supplies, or janitorial liquids.
• Fully Adjustable: Part of the "Adjust-A-Shelf" line, these units utilize corner collars welded into place. The heavy-duty posts are marked in 2-inch increments, allowing you to position shelves exactly where needed using only the provided Allen wrench.
