The Standard for Meat Platter Transport and Storage

• Specialized Platter Design: These racks are precision-engineered to hold 10” x 30” or 12” x 30” platters. The angle runners support the platters from the bottom on the ends or sides, ensuring equal load distribution for stable transport.
• Durable Aluminum Construction: The framework is built from 1” x 1” x .070” wall aluminum tubing, ensuring the rack is tough enough for daily use but light enough to maneuver easily. The tray slides are 1 1/8” x 1 1/2” x .070” extruded aluminum, welded perpendicular to the uprights for maximum rigidity.
• Reinforced Structural Integrity: To ensure longevity, each rack features six horizontal supports located at the top, center, and bottom. Additionally, caster inserts and reinforcing channels are welded to the bottom of the rack to securely accept the stem casters and prevent frame fatigue.
• Sanitary & Mobile: The all-welded, rust-free design is easy to clean and is NSF Certified. Each unit glides on four 5” stem-type swivel casters, allowing for tight turns in busy prep areas.
