With a deep background in the design/build sector, Ashleigh has served as a single point of accountability for complex projects across various market segments including healthcare, education, hospitality, and corporate dining. Her expertise spans the entire project lifecycle—from initial concept and kitchen layout development to equipment selection, value engineering, and final installation. A proven leader in margin management and revenue growth, Ashleigh is recognized for her ability to build strong, collaborative relationships between architects, engineers, contractors, and manufacturers.

Ashleigh holds an Associate of Arts in Accountancy & Business Administration from Northwest Mississippi Community College.
