Constructed from high-tensile primary extruded aluminum (Type 6463-T5 alloy), this cart boasts the strength and durability of stainless steel at a fraction of the cost, making it a budget-conscious yet robust choice for facility managers.

- Correctional Duty Security: Safety is paramount. The casters are attached using tamper-proof fasteners, preventing unauthorized removal or tampering by inmates,. The all-welded construction ensures there are no rivets or loose parts that could be pried off and used as weapons.
- Smart Shelf Design: Each of the three solid shelves is constructed from .080” aluminum sheet and features a specialized lip configuration. Three sides feature 1¼” turned-up lips to contain spills and items during transport, while the front edge is turned down to allow for easy sliding of heavy items on and off the shelf.
- Heavy-Duty Framework: The frame is built to withstand abuse, consisting of 1” x 1” x .070” wall extruded aluminum tubing. The handle is a sturdy round tube bolted in place to ¼” x 1 ½” aluminum straps welded to the frame uprights, ensuring rigid control.
- Sanitary & Certified: Ideal for food transport, this unit is NSF Certified. The heli-arc welded seams are fully sealed, eliminating cracks and crevices where dirt or contraband could be hidden.
- Smooth Mobility: The cart rolls on four 5” diameter platform-type casters with non-marking wheels (two swivel, two rigid), supporting a weight capacity of 550 lbs.
