Organize your heaviest inventory with confidence using New Age Industrial’s Standard Adjustable (Modular) Aluminum Shelving Units With HD-Bar Tubular Shelves. These complete units feature “dunnage-style” tubular shelves designed to support large, heavy loads that would overwhelm standard flat or wire shelving. Built for versatility and strength, this system allows you to maximize your vertical storage space in backrooms, freezers, and coolers without worrying about rust or corrosion.
Features & Benefits:
- High-Capacity HD-Bar Design: Modeled after heavy-duty dunnage racks, these shelves utilize a 1 ¼” x 1 ¼” x .070” wall tubing framework. This tubular design supports up to 1,100 lbs. per shelf, making it perfect for bulk storage of cases, large equipment, or bagged goods.
- Tubular Decking: The tubular laterals provide a strong surface that promotes airflow—critical for cold storage environments. Standard lateral spacing is 4” on 18” wide shelves and 4 3/16” (4.1875″) on 24” wide shelves.
- Fully Adjustable: Adapt to changing inventory sizes quickly. The “Adjust-A-Shelf” system uses heavy-duty posts marked in 2-inch increments, allowing for precise shelf placement using only the provided Allen wrench.
- Rust-Free Construction: Manufactured from primary grade aluminum, these units are guaranteed to never rust or corrode, ensuring a lifetime of service even in high-humidity environments like walk-in coolers.

These complete units are available with shelf dimensions in 18” and 24” widths and lengths ranging from 36” to 72”. Weight capacity changes with the number of shelves:
- 3-Tier Units (Suffix HH6): 68.25” Height. Total Capacity: 3,300 lbs.
- 4-Tier Units (Suffix HH7): 76.25” Height. Total Capacity: 4,400 lbs.
- 5-Tier Units (Suffix HH8): 84.25” Height. Total Capacity: 5,500 lbs.
