Optimized Airflow with a Smooth Sliding Surface
Upgrade your existing storage or build a custom unit with New Age Industrial’s Standard Adjustable (Modular) Slatted Aluminum T-Bar Shelves. These shelves are engineered to offer the “best of both worlds” for commercial inventory: wide slats provide a smooth, flat surface that allows heavy boxes to slide on and off effortlessly, while the open design ensures maximum air circulation around stored items. With a weight capacity of 900 lbs. per shelf, this series is a robust, sanitary solution for walk-in coolers, freezers, and bulk dry storage.
Features & Benefits:
- Standard T-Bar Construction: The shelf laterals are constructed from 1 ¼” x 2 ¼” x .100” wall T-Bar. In this Standard Series, the laterals are spaced on 3-inch centers, providing a balance of structural support and open area for airflow.
- Easy Loading: Unlike wire shelving where items can snag, the wide flat surface of the T-Bar allows for easy-on, easy-off loading of cases and cartons, reducing physical strain during stocking.
- High-Capacity Framework: Supported by a framework of 1 ¼” x 1 ½” x .070” wall tubing, these shelves are built to handle substantial loads up to 900 lbs. of distributed weight.
- Adjust-A-Shelf Compatibility: These shelves are designed for the “Adjust-A-Shelf” system. They feature heavy-duty extruded aluminum collars at each corner, allowing you to mount them to standard New Age posts (15/16” diameter) and adjust them in 2-inch increments using only an Allen wrench.
- Sanitary & Rust-Free: Manufactured from primary grade aluminum, these shelves are NSF Certified and carry a Lifetime Guarantee against rust and corrosion, making them superior for high-humidity wet environments.
